At Duck World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion haul, which is why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. If your order isn't just ducky, simply follow our easy process to receive a full refund or exchange for a different size.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping bag.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
